Bořivoj Vokřínek Returns to Cushman & Wakefield as Partner, Strategic Advisory & Head of Hospitality Research EMEA Region

Bořivoj Vokřínek has been appointed Partner, Strategic Advisory & Head of Hospitality Research EMEA at Cushman & Wakefield. His main responsibility will be developing research operations for the needs of current and new clients with focus on investment strategies. He will assume a position created as part of a company-wide strategy aimed at enlarging the Hotel Real Estate Team throughout the EMEA region. The team is headed by Jonathan Hubbard. 

Bořivoj has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel sector across Europe and Asia. In addition, he has worked on numerous projects in Africa and the Middle East. Prior to rejoining Cushman & Wakefield, Bořivoj served with Hyatt International as Regional Vice-President in the Feasibility and Development Finance department covering the EMEA and Southwest Asia regions. Before that, he headed up the Feasibility & Investment Analysis team for the Europe & Africa region at Hilton Worldwide as Senior Director. While serving with Cushman & Wakefield and HVS, Bořivoj also worked in Shanghai and Sydney for two and three years, respectively.

Bořivoj holds a master's degree from the University of Economics in Prague and a bachelor's degree in hotel management from the Hotel School Sydney. In addition, he holds an MBA from the Bond University in Australia. Bořivoj is also lecturing Hotel Development and Asset Management at the Glion Institute in Switzerland.
