DESCRIP: The building exterior is precast concrete facing to columns and solid wall surfaces, with light bronze coloured aluminum window frames with bronze-tinted insulated sheet glass units. Entrance to the building is through a main lobby finished with a terrazzo floor and travertine walls. Five passenger and one shuttle elevator service the office floors and the underground parking levels respectively. For safety, a fire alarm system with smoke detection zones exists throughout the building, and a speaker system exists through the common areas of the office floors. The building is also equipped with a diesel engine to provide emergency power. The building has undergone some upgrading of the mechanical systems to give improved ventilation, heating and cooling. They have renovated the exterior of the building as well. Only 2 columns per floor.
GENERAL: Ideally located close to the financial core, opposite the new Sun Life Centre. Good access to the QEW. It is accessible to the St. Andrew subway station via the concourse levels. The building is connected to the pedestrian walkway with new food court and shops just steps away. Main lobby upgrade completed. Multi-tenant floor renovations completed.
